WIM C1T Adhesive

Thin-layer adhesive mortar for bonding absorbent wall and floor ceramic tiles onto stable and non-deformable substrates. Also recommended for cement boards and tiles. It can be used for lightweight cellular concrete wall construction as well.

Refers to a temperature of +23°C (±2) and air humidity of 50% (±5)

Application temperature (of air and materials): from +5°C to +25°C

Composition: a mixture of cement, mineral aggregates, and modifying agents

Mixing ratio: 5.5 – 6.0 liters of water: 25 kg of adhesive (0.22 – 0.24 liters of water per 1 kg of adhesive)

Maturity time: 5 minutes Working time: approximately 4 – 6 hours Open time: minimum 20 minutes Correction time: minimum 15 minutes

Walkability: after approximately 24 hours

Grouting possibility:

• walls: 4 – 8 hours
• floors: after approximately 24 hours

Temperature resistance: -30°C to +70°C

Maximum thickness of adhesive layer: 5 mm Adhesion: type C1T (≥ 0.5 N/mm²)
