WIM GROUT OFF-WHITE

Designed for grouting all types of ceramic wall and floor tiles, porcelain stoneware, clinker, glass mosaic, and natural stone. Ideal for grouting tiles laid on balconies, terraces, facades, and gypsum-board panels. Suitable for tiles installed in wet and damp areas (e.g., bathrooms, kitchens, shower areas) and for use in rooms with underfloor heating installed.

The specifications apply to a temperature of +23°C (±2) and air humidity of 55% (±5).

Application temperature (for both air and materials): from +5°C to +35°C.

Composition: Cement, selected fine-grained mineral filler, marble powder, and additives that increase elasticity, adhesion, and durability.

Mixing ratio: 0.21 – 0.22 liters of water per 1 kg.

Working time: approximately 40 minutes.

Ability to walk on: after 3 hours.

Full strength: after 24 hours.

Flexural strength: • After being stored in a dry state: ≥ 3.5 N/mm². • After undergoing freeze-thaw cycles: ≥ 3.5 N/mm².

Compressive strength: • After being stored in a dry state: ≥ 15 N/mm². • After undergoing freeze-thaw cycles: ≥ 15 N/mm².

Temperature resistance: from -25°C to +70°C.

Wear resistance: ≤ 1000 mm³.

Shrinkage: ≤ 2 mm/m.

Water absorption: • After 30 minutes: ≤ 2 g. • After 240 minutes: ≤ 5 g.

Bulk density (of dry mixture): approximately 1.20 kg/dm³.

Density of mass (after mixing): approximately 1.80 kg/dm³.
