WIM SCREEDING EXTRA – 25kg

To be used as a bonded floor underlayment for interior applications. Recommended for leveling the substrate before installing ceramic tiles, natural stone, parquet, laminate, and wooden floor panels, as well as textile, linoleum, and PVC coverings.

PROPERTIES:

• Ideal for use under parquet and floor panels.

• Suitable for ceramic tile and natural stone installation (after 24 hours).

Referring to temperature: +20°C (±2) and air humidity: 55-60% (±5).

Operating temperature (ambient and substrate): from +5°C to +25°C.

Mixing ratio: 5.00 – 5.25 liters of water per 25 kg of mortar.

Working time (time to use the prepared mixture): approximately 40 minutes.

Layer thickness: 1 – 15 mm.

Compressive strength: ≥ 25.0 MPa. Flexural strength: ≥ 7.0 MPa. Shear strength: ≥ 1.0 MPa.

Walking possibility: after 4-6 hours.

Ceramic tile installation: after 24 hours.

Installation of parquet, panels, textile, and PVC coverings: approximately 7 days.

The product meets the requirements of PN-EN 13813 standard as CT-C25-F7 type.

The approximate consumption is 1.5 kg of dry mortar per 1 m2 for every 1 mm of layer thickness.
