Description
It is used to create a flexible sealing coating wherever a high degree of waterproofing is required. It is recommended for balconies, terraces, external foundation walls, as well as in shower cabins, bathrooms, and industrial kitchens. It is suitable for areas with high water load, such as pools, drinking water or domestic sewage tanks, car washes, and as a substrate isolation for landfills. Ceramic tiles should be installed on the dried waterproofing coating using flexible WIM FLEX tile adhesive.

Application temperature (air and materials): from +5°C to +25°C.
Component A: Cements, special quartz sands, additives. Component B: Water-based dispersion of synthetic resins.
Consistency: Semi-liquid. Density: Approximately 1.6 kg/dm3.
Working time: Approximately 60 minutes.
Coverage: Approximately 1.5 kg/m² per 1 mm layer thickness. Number of applied layers: Minimum 2. Maximum thickness of one layer: 2 mm.
Technological gap between layer applications: Approximately 3-4 hours.
Adhesion to concrete: ≥ 1.07 MPa. Elongation at break: 94.3% (at maximum stress). Resistance to water under pressure: Minimum 0.5 MPa (50 meters water column). Permeability:
- For water: None.
- For diesel oil and gasoline: None.
Walking ability: After 10-12 hours. Tile adhesion: After complete drying (approximately 24 hours). Application method: Roller, brush, trowel.
Dependent on the type of insulation:
- Lightweight insulation (2 mm thickness) – 3.0 kg/m².
- Medium insulation (2.5 mm thickness) – 3.75 kg/m².
- Heavy insulation (3 mm thickness) – 4.5 kg/m².
