Terms and Conditions

  1. Definitions
    • Buyer: The individual or company purchasing goods from EWI RenderStore Ltd.
    • Seller: EWI RenderStore Ltd, the provider of building materials.
    • Goods: The building materials and related items sold by EWI RenderStore Ltd.
    • Price: The cost of the Goods, excluding VAT and any additional charges such as delivery or insurance.
  2. General
    • These terms and conditions govern the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer and are the only terms that apply, superseding all other terms, including any the Buyer may propose.
    • By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
  3. Orders
    • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. Confirmation of the order will be sent to the Buyer in writing.
  4. Pricing
    • The Price of the Goods shall be as stated by the Seller at the time of order confirmation.
    • Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  5. Payment
    • Payment for Goods must be made in full at the time of order unless the Buyer has an approved credit account.
    • For Buyers with a credit account, payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.
    • Interest may be charged on overdue invoices at the statutory rate.
  6. Delivery
    • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. The Seller is not liable for any delays.
    • Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

  8. Warranty
    • The Seller warrants that the Goods will be free from defects for a period of 12 months from delivery.
    • The Seller cannot guarantee the performance of cement based products (such as: adhesives, fillers, grouts, etc.) or liquid based products (such as: primers, renders, ready mixed adhesives, fillers, etc.), if used outside the recommended by manufacturer environment and conditions.
    • This warranty does not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights.
  9. Liability
    • The Seller’s liability for any claim related to the purchase of Goods shall not exceed the Price paid for the Goods.
  10. Force Majeure
    • The Seller is not liable for any failure to deliver Goods due to circumstances beyond its control.
  11. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EWI RenderStore Ltd operates.
