WIM GRES FAST C1FT-25KG

Fast-setting, reinforced adhesive mortar for the installation of porcelain, ceramic, and clinker tiles with a water absorption rate above 1%, both indoors and outdoors. Particularly recommended for use in areas that cannot be out of use for a long time, and wherever a quick job completion and tile installation for use is required (such as laying tiles in the only bathroom in an apartment, in corridors, on stairs, for fast overnight shop renovations, etc.). It is irreplaceable when used in low-temperature conditions (early spring, late autumn). The maximum tile size that can be installed with this mortar indoors is 45 x 45 cm, and outdoors is 30 x 30 cm.

These specifications are based on a temperature of +23°C (±2) and air humidity of 50% (±5).

Application temperature (for air and materials): from +5°C to +25°C.

Composition: a mixture of cement, mineral aggregates, and modifying agents.

Mixing ratio: 5.5 liters of water to 25 kg of adhesive (0.22 liters of water per 1 kg of adhesive).

Setting time: 5 minutes.

Working time: approximately 1 hour.

Open time: minimum 30 minutes.

Adjustment time: minimum 15 minutes.

Possible to walk on: after approximately 4 hours.

Possible to grout: after approximately 4 hours.

Temperature resistance: -30°C to +70°C.

Maximum thickness of adhesive layer: 7 mm.

Adhesion: type C1FT (≥ 0.5 N/mm²).
