Ceresit CT84 - Express PU Foam adhesive for EPS - 850ml
Polyurethane adhesive for polystyrene and mineral wool A one-component, low-pressure polyurethane adhesive used for fixing polystyrene boards during building insulation in ETICS systems, as well as for fixing various types of insulation boards.
PROPERTIES:
- Performance: 10m2 – 100% higher than traditional cement adhesives
- 15% higher bonding strength than traditional cement adhesives
- Low stress
- Fixing with dowels after only 2 hours – significantly speeds up insulation work, and with the use of CT 84 and Ceresit Ceretherm systems, insulation work can be up to 5 days shorter
- Works in temperatures as low as -10°C and high humidity – particularly recommended in periods of lower temperatures when the drying of cement adhesives is significantly slowed down
- Ideal for use in “insulation on insulation” – attaching 1m2 of polystyrene with CT 84 adhesive weighs 100g instead of 5 kg with cement adhesive
- Increased thermal insulation properties – CT 84, unlike traditional cement adhesives, has thermal insulation properties similar to insulation materials such as polystyrene or wool
- High uniformity of the adhesive thanks to the use of a metal ball that prevents the formation of large air bubbles
- A next-generation valve allows for storage in various positions and ensures long-term high-quality adhesive performance.
